Congratulations on completing two days successfully.
Time flies fast you know.
Soon you will be celebrating a week, then month and finally years of health and soberness.
Now we will start with daily routine of D.O.T and Deep Breathing Technique (or Instant Yoga).
But today I will reveal a new technique also which is: Self – hypnosis with a script.
So let’s start one by one:
Technique 1 – D.O.T
1 Take a piece of paper and write down the oath given below. After writing the Oath, keep the piece of paper in your pocket.
“On the name of my Sister (or Brother), I take the oath that today I will not engage in the dirty habit of (porn, masturbation, smoking, alcohol, drug, over eating, laziness etc – write the name of habit you want to quit). O Almighty God please give me strength to kill this ugly habit.”
2 Now speak this Oath aloud so that you can hear it. Repeat 5 times.
3 Now write in the LOG CHART also. You have to do twice daily. The log chart will help you to monitor your progress. And will keep you motivated.
Technique 2- Deep Breathing Technique
Take out your cell and set the timer for 5 minutes.
Sit in a quiet place and perform these five steps for five minutes:
1 Take a deep breath and count up to 20.
2 Hold the breath and count up to 20
3 Release the breath slowly and count up to 20 ( you have to release so slowly that it finishes at 20)
4 Don’t breath and count up to 20
5 Repeat steps 1-4 for five minutes
Technique 3 – Self-hypnosis with script
Self hypnosis means to detach yourself from reality and get transferred to another realm – realm of freedom and relaxation.
In this you have to use your imagination. Imagine things as vivid as you can. Just get immersed. Don’t do this while doing any work.
So read the script below and meditate:
“Imagine you are on a beach. It’s beautiful sunny day. The beach is unexplored so far and belongs to you only. You feel so happy and relaxed to be here. You are standing in the water. The water is crystal clear and blue. You can feel it on your feet and it’s refreshing.
Fresh breeze touches you on face and ruffles your hairs. You start walking in the water. There are so many brightly coloured fishes – blue, green, yellow, black, red, gold. The fishes are touching your feet and you find the touch tickling and soothing. You burst into laughter.
You bend down and splash cold water on your face. It’s so energising. You thank god for blessing with so much natural abundance. You spend half an hour at this paradise running and playing.”
Note – Imagine the scenes as vivid and lively as you can. Immerse yourself in the scene. Read it often and when you want or need. You can use this script to get rid of depression, anxiety, bad mood, insomnia etc. You will feel instantly relaxed, energetic, fresh and happy.
The script contain power words and triggers which will release hormone of happiness – dopamine. Which will make you motivated and happy.
