Let’s perform todya’s 4 core techniques:
Technique 1 – D.O.T
1 Take a piece of paper and write down the oath given below. After writing the Oath, keep the piece of paper in your pocket.
“On the name of Mom, I take the oath that today I will not engage in the dirty habit of (porn, masturbation, smoking, alcohol, drug, over eating, laziness etc – write the name of habit you want to quit).O God! please give me enough strength to kill this ugly habit.”
2 Now speak this Oath aloud so that you can hear it. Repeat 5 times.
3 Now write in the LOG CHART also. You have to do twice daily. The log chart will help you to monitor your progress. And will keep you motivated.
Technique 2- Deep Breathing Technique
Take out your cell phone and set the timer for 5 minutes.
Sit in a quite place and perform these five steps for five minutes:
1 Take a deep breath and count up to 20.
2 Hold the breath and count up to 20
3 Release the breath slowly and count up to 20 ( you have to release so slowly that it finishes at 20)
4 Don’t breath and count up to 20
5 Repeat steps 1-4 for five minutes
Technique 3 – Self-hypnosis (or meditation) with script
Here is a script for instant meditation. Try to immerse yourself in the script as vividly as you can. Use the power of your imagination. You will instantly feel relaxed, refreshed, energetic and happy. So read and imagine.
Imagine you are walking through a forest. You are mesmerized by the lovely sceneries.
There are lush green trees full of flowers and fruits. They are oozing sweet nectar and scent. The air is full of healing and refreshing aroma. You breath in heart full of this aromatic air and feels ecstatic.
After some time you find a secluded waterfall surrounded by bushes. The water is crystal clear and shining in sunlight like crystals. Two beautiful ducks are swimming in it.
You take your clothes off and go in lukewarm water. The touch of water is magically soothing. You feel so relaxed and amazingly fresh.You feel a new energy running through your entire body.
The ducks come to you and touch your body with their beaks. You feel so much love about these innocent and beautiful creatures of the God which has come to play with you.
You hug, kiss and caress the ducks and splash water on them. You play with them happily for hours.
After which you feel relaxed, happy and satisfied inside and thank nature and almighty for this beautiful day.
Note: Don’t use the script while working. The script may induce sleep or trance.
Technique 4 – Physical Exercise For 5 minutes
You can do jogging, push-ups, sit-ups or any other excercise you like for at least 5 minutes.
After doing all core techniques make entry in log chart.
